Meet the Team


Meg McGinn, Founder & CEO

Meg is an executive Benefits Advisor with over 27 years of experience in the Life & Health sector of the insurance industry. She has earned a reputation for data analytics, extracting high value insights, and providing her clients with creative and innovative approaches to benefits.

Meg’s experience includes Advisor to Fortune 50 companies for Aetna, Inc; Acute Care Regional Manager for Novartis Pharmaceuticals; and Regional Sales Manager for Amira Medical (a start-up medical device company in Palo Alto, California). She returned to her roots as a Healthcare Consultant by opening Osprey Health, LLC in 2010.

As President and CEO of Osprey Health, Meg and her team concentrate on individual’s needs and find the highest quality care at affordable prices — for group employee benefits and for individuals and seniors. Osprey Health and Meg are committed to ensuring that every client feels comfortable and confident about their benefits choices.


Maureen Dever, Senior Account Manager

A native of greater Philadelphia, Maureen joined Osprey Health in 2019 as a Senior Account Manager. Maureen has over 20 years of experience in the health insurance and the financial industries; and a breadth of experience in both the group and individual benefits programs. Prior to joining Osprey Health Maureen worked at Deutsche Bank and Blue Bell Private Wealth Management for several years. This experience, coupled with her focus on client service and satisfaction, enables her to achieve her goal of seamless cohesion for both the insuring and purchasing parties. She is a graduate of Gwynedd Mercy Academy High School and The Catholic University of America.


Audrey E. Jaworski, VP of Client Services

Audrey is the VP of Client Services with Osprey Health, LLC. She has excelled in the employee benefits arena over the past 26 years working with various group sizes and industries. She has extensive experience in all facets of group benefits, including but not limited to; medical, dental, vision, life, disability, and Section 125 plans. Additionally, Audrey is well versed in Voluntary Worksite platforms which will enhance your benefits portfolio, while having little if any impact on your bottom line. Her hands-on expertise in this industry allows her to consult, market, negotiate, and strategize the strongest benefit programs available, all while adhering to your corporate budgetary guidelines. Audrey’s knowledge with various HRIS/Benefit Enrollment systems allows her to assist you and your team in creating a positive experience for your employees during their new hire onboarding and throughout their tenure.
